What's included in your installation?
We handle the complete installation: foundation pad, 220V electrical hookup, gas line if the spa uses gas heating, drainage, and the surround. The only thing we don't provide is the spa itself.
Do I need a concrete pad?
It depends on the spa weight and your soil conditions. Swim spas are heavy when filled, so proper support is essential. We assess your site and recommend the right foundation approach.
Do I need a permit for a hot tub or swim spa?
The electrical hookup for a hot tub or swim spa requires a permit in San Diego County. We handle all permit applications and inspections as part of the project.
How do you handle drainage?
We design proper drainage away from the spa and your home's foundation, including provisions for draining the tub for maintenance.
